Sugar-free Me

Day 1 of refined sugar abstinence: accomplished. Committed to that part of my "program" for the first month.

Giving myself a "green sticker" for the day:

Exercise: Check
Sugar-free: Check
Tomorrow: A little more water and a little more stretching
